WA Small Business Benchmarks coming in July.... Curtain Business School researchers have developed a diagnostic tool to provide instant online benchmarking of small business performance. The tool will assist in tracking and comparing profitability, efficiency and returns on effort and investment with other similar businesses in WA. The process has been refined over the past two years to be quick and simple for owners to complete. Once complete, the owner is given an immediate comparative ranking known as the SB2 (Small Business Success Benchmark) and ongoing access to their own industry/business type indicators.
